The primary role of the Senior IT Systems Administrator is to be responsible for the overall support of all IT functions of the company. Some example of this work include domain administration, security, access requests, office hardware support, along with projects, documentation, deeper troubleshooting and problem resolution. This position is primarily responsible for assistance/support including an answering software questions, and testing/replacing hardware and all datacenter products. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer system services for all systems by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install computer software products, modify/repair hardware and resolve technical problems.


 Essential Job Functions:

  • Setting up and maintaining network ID's, access, and security.
  • Maintaining internal servers and troubleshooting problems.
  • Supporting internal network and uptime.
  • Maintaining, building and troubleshooting internal databases, web pages and forms.
  • Building and setting up employee assets for laptops, phones and desktop.
  • Handling internal hardware inventory.
  • Maintaining and coordinating hardware leases, warranties and support.
  • Assisting the company with IT issues.
  • Mentoring other staff and teams on the IT infrastructure and allocations.
  • Other similar types of internal technology projects.
  • Managing teams and projects for the company for delivery and execution.



  • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree in computer science or at least five to seven years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software and computer hardware.
  • Strong skills in oral communication and critical thinking.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments concurrently and be very results-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and work in different environments.
  • Ability to work with internal partners and other stakeholders, coordinating special projects or initiatives.
  • Experience in supporting system implemented in C#, Powershell, Bash, Linux, Windows, Visual Basic, MySQL, SQL Server, or Java.
