Company Description ArbiterSports is a rapidly growing, nationally known sports software company headquartered in Sandy, UT. Our knowledgeable, close-knit team has built a high growth, profitable business and an exceptional company culture. Our growth and momentum have opened additional sales opportunities.

 

We seek an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to build relationships with new customers and expand relationships with our current customers. This person will be responsible for identifying prospects within her or his given territory, forming relationships with those prospects, and bringing them onto the ArbiterSports platform. This person will also be responsible for driving adoption of ArbiterSports products within her or his set of customers.

 

Priorities and deliverables for 2018:

  • Add $450k in committed revenue to ArbiterSports' business by adding new customers or cross-selling additional products to existing customers
  • Maintain a weighted pipeline of $250k in revenue to ensure a steady flow of new deals

 

These priorities and deliverables will be achieved by:

  • Developing detailed plans to share with senior leadership for meeting and exceeding quota each quarter
  • Following up on all leads provided by marketing in a timely and professional manner
  • Prospecting for additional contacts and leads within the given territory
  • Attending relevant industry conferences as an active participant, meeting potential customers, presenting on behalf of ArbiterSports, and distributing company information and collateral
  • Communicating to potential customers by sending emails, holding phone calls, traveling to attend in-person meetings, and running product demos
  • Guiding customers through the sales process, ultimately persuading them to purchase ArbiterSports products
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers, with support of the implementation team
  • Responding to questions or requests of customers as appropriate, or referring them to the account management or customer service functions
  • Providing support to other ArbiterSports sales representatives as appropriate, for instance by taking a meeting at a conference on a colleague's behalf
  • Providing weekly updates to the sales manager on any sales developments, feature requests, complaints, etc.
  • Maintaining all account activity data in Salesforce.com

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software sales position (within sports or K-12 education preferred) Proven success selling SaaS to major accounts and an understanding of key technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales tracking system
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and experience working in a remote desktop environment
  • Required travel of roughly 10-20%.
